    Hi @Cynthia Karigawai  a great query! 

    You can solve this by editing the email template you wish to send via Automation, by adding the attachment you'd like to include. Be mindful if the attachments need to be edited prior to sending, you can't make any changes when an email is sent via Automation - it will send as is (with any data merge fields populated).
