Turn off Sync Options at the Company-Wide Level

The following options need to be added to the various Pipedrive sync options:

  • Email Sync: ability to toggle it off and on for all Users. 
  • Email Sync: ability to lock the "automatically link emails to Deals" to OFF
  • Contact Sync: ability to turn this off and not make it an option. Our users have been mistakenly syncing their Outlook contacts, which are VERY outdated. And every time they sync, it creates duplicates in the system. 
  • Calendar Sync: same thing, needs a company-wide toggle.
