Insights appears to have a 24 hour lag so cannot use interactively

Insights is great, but as it doesn't update to live data in PipeDrive, we cannot use it interactively in a sales review. Changes made to an opportunity only appear to be updated after 24 hours - most likely after a batch job #insights

    Hi Ramsay! 

    In our Insights there can be some delays for updates depending on the amount of change etc., but it should not take 24 hours. In case the changes are not showing up, please clear cache and cookies or make a hard refresh on the browser page to check if this helps. If you still see a long delay, you can check with our support team via in-app chat or email support@pipedrive.com
