Email rotten deals
Is there a way to set up an automated email to send the customer chasing it up. For example, a deal hits 14 days and becomes rotten an email through Pipedrive or a plugin then email the customers asking if this deal is still active or for an update.

Hi Paul!
If you are using our Rotting feature, then it is possible with Zapier. Zapier is able to be triggered by a filter from Pipedrive, so you can use the Rotten Deals filter and trigger sending out an email. However this also means that the deal can't have any other changes to it (activities added, data changes etc).0 -
Hey @Paul
Personally I would recommend you to use Integromat which better and less expensive than Zapier.
By the way I'm a French automation specialist and integromat expert so if you need some help to set up a workflow feel free to contact me

You can definitely set this up in Relay.app (an alternative to Zapier and Make) with this as a starting point: https://www.relay.app/apps/pipedrive/integrations/gmail. You would start with a trigger of when a deal stage is reached, add a "wait" step for 14 days, add a "get data" step to see if any activity has happened, then send an email if it hasn't.
