Feature request: Measure success per email template

In our Sales department we are using 4 templates (4 consecutive messages) for the outreach to new prospects. We would like to measure the success (#opens and #clicks per link) per message in bulk (per template) so we know which message is working well and which message needs improvement. Currently the platform doesn't have a feature to measure success per template which makes it necessary for us to measure the succes outside of Pipedrive. It would be great if we could measure these basic numbers in Pipedrive itself.

Hi @Dennis Zuurhout in case you are not already trying out the Campaigns beta feature, you might find it interesting for your case. Just sign up to the waitlist here.

    Hi @Manuel Oliveira ,

Thank you for your quick reply. I was looking at the form to sign up, but it seems that this is for marketing email purposes only and for that we use a different tool.

We use Pipedrive for Sales only. Is your idea that they would start using campaigns for Sales in this case?

    Best regards,

    Dennis

Hi @Dennis Zuurhout it is worth giving it a try even if you use Pipedrive for sales only, and see if it makes sense for your needs. For example you can try creating a campaign focused on outreach to new prospects, in parallel to your other tool that handles email marketing.
