Workflow Automatation question: Is there the possibility of scheduling a email/call/activity in the

I´m trying to find the way to send an email 12 hours after changing the stage of my lead. I could only create a mechanism to send an email in the same moment I change the stage of my lead...

 

Anyone knows how to do this?

    With the email delay feature you will be able to do that. Still on Beta ATM but you will be able to set the time you want.

    I'm just curious why 12h? Imagine I change stage at 4pm, my email will leave the outbox at 4am.
    And imagine if the client has email notification on the phone, 4am 🛎🛎🛎

    Anyway, here is an image of the delay feature.

    The 12hrs was an example! But you got my point, nice! We think that we are going to need a delay for 24 hrs, for not having the problem you are telling me.

    @Contacto Sur Realista The Delay feature is still in beta, but I think you can ask to join the beta period.
