Suggestion for Workflow automation after Email template is sent

Hello, 

It would be great to see if we can add a workflow template that allows an upate to the deal or create an activity after an email template has been sent.

 

for example If I sent an email with a 'Quote' from my templates to a business, This creates an activity to follow up with them in X amount of time and also moves the deal to the 'Quote sent' part of my pipeline
