Are you an admin on the account?
It should show something like this -- https://take.ms/MY9Yg
If you dont see that, try reaching out to Pipedrive Support to have them investigate it.

Once you're added to the beta, you should be able to get to campaigns using the link logic Boris provided or by clicking on the campaigns icon which looks like a megaphone.
