Is there an easy way to track what kind of activities are done by a Deal/ Organization and how long they take? Eg. to get information like: this month phone calls took 30 min, meetings 3 hours and emails 2 hours?

    Hi, Marcelina!

If I understand correctly, then for Organisation based tracking you just need to add new reports into your Insights. From there you can choose an Activity-based report and will out the filter with information that you need.  Then choose " View by (Organisation)" in the measurements below the filter.

For a deal-based tracking, the only thing I could think of right now is that you change the Deal name in the filter every time, you want to check a specific Deal.

As long as you fill out the activities in your calendar with correct activity types, the data should be valid.

    I will add 2 screenshots.
