Has anyone set a customer dashboard in Pipedrive?
I manage several client accounts and we can often have multiple deals in different pipeline stages. Some clients might have over 10 deals with with hundreds of products in each deal.
I want to be able to set up a dashboard by Customer where I can see the following in one view rather than keep scrolling down the page and opening several windows. This is really critical to manage high value clients especially and ensuring that nothing gets missed:
- Recent activities
Any tips or examples would be highly appreciated. I have linked to the kind of thing I'm looking for.
Finding this information in Pipedrive at the moment is very manual and time consuming as you have to flick between different sections and you end up losing track of multiple deals.
