We fell behind on data entry and "closed" several deals after the fact.  And then that became the "deal close" date vs. allowing us to edit to the actual day that the deal closed.  Can we fix that???

You can change the Won time or Lost time and hopefully, the deal close date will be automatically updated.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

When marking a deal as Lost, the date is set at the current date. We would like to manage the deals in order to mark the actual lost dates other than current date. However, to my understanding this is not possible.

    Hi Matti,

When you marked a deal as lost, in the custom fields of the deal, a new field will appear "Lost time".

After that, you can easily modify this date in function of the real lost date and not the current date as below :

I hope this explanation answers your question!

Do not hesitate to come back to me if necessary.

    Have a great day ! 👋
