Shared Emailed Address Problem
When a persons email address is related to their job as opposed to their name (EG [email protected]) this creates issues when a new person with a different name assumes that position. EG Principal Joe Bloggs leaves & is replaced by new principal Jane Doe. Before Jane arrived on the scene all previous emails & record relating to that email were allocated to Joe Bloggs, the old owner of the email address. Since the arrival of Jane Doe the email address which is now reallocated to Jane Doe seems to get backdated & assigned to all previous emails. Hence all the historic emails with Joe Blogs name assigned now become Jane Doe emails
Is there any way around this & similar problems?
