Leads from instagram and facebook publish (advertising)

Hello,

 

Why Pipe Drive dont integrate instagram leads automaticly? When i make an advertising on instagram or facebook i need that lead in a new deal on a random user.

    It can't be done out-of-the-box without creating a separate module for integrations within Pipedrive.

    Automation tools like Zapier have solved this problem already, at scale.

    Like @Amit Sarda mentioned, this requires using a third-party tool. 

    A very good, versatile and popular option is Zapier. We even have a specific tutorial you can use for Facebook: Zapier: Add new Facebook ad leads as people in Pipedrive. Zapier also seems to integrate Instagram with Pipedrive, check it out.

    A quick search in our marketplace will also show you WishPond to integrate Instagram with Pipedrive, so you have a few options to explore and choose from. 🙂

    Leads Inbox seems like it is the perfect solution for bringing in Instagram DM and Facebook pages messages as social leads. Sorely missing atm.
