I'd like to see the ability to mark an appointment as something other than completed.

  • Rescheduled
  • Showed

    Agreed. At a broader level, I would love to see fields for activity outcomes.

    Hey renee,

    We use different activities type to show when something was a no show or cacelled to work around this limitation. But it would be a good change.

    Yes, and I think a CS rep recommended adding a custom field to the activity as well (I think). But overall, it would be better to be able to mark "appointments" with specific actions.
