Voice message transcribing, plus marketing tracking to Pipedrive
Hi hopefully, someone can help me. I am planning on using Pipedrive as my CRM. I operate a RE investing business and we send out mailers and on the mailer would be a reference code and a number that the owner could call. The owner would be prompted to leave information about their property and then that information would then be transcribed to Pipedrive. I would also need to see the reference number within Pipedrive so that I can track marketing endeavors and know what message was sent. Any way to integrate this? Added note, it would be nice to have the same service/integrations be my dialer for outbound and inbound calls as well, or the ability to add additional numbers.
