Campaign reporting: Is there a way of being able to report on how many emails were unopened on a se
I can see how many were delivered, opened, clicks, bounced but not 'sent/delivered but unopened'?
Can dev ops advise if this metric will be available, it is one of our marketing metrics currently used in our monthly reporting.

Hi Katrina!
Unopened is a bit difficult thing or Pipedrive to analyze. Since the "Email opened" won't work 100% of the time because some email clients won't allow emails to be tracked.
Nevertheless, It would be great to get a general number I agree.
