As an admin Im frustrated I can't log in as my rep/user to train them remotely.

As admin are their other admins who have sales teams as Users in PD frustrated by the fact you can not change passwords for users/rep or log in as them without having to email your rep to ask them their login credentials? We like to be able to train them remotely using the reps log in credentials and hand control back and forth to them using their account to have them demonstrate an adequate proficiency as we train and show them how to use PD in the manner we wish them to do so.

    Hi Chris! When you're with the person on a Zoom call, you can request remote control of the account on a shared screen?
