Activities Marked As "Done" In Bulk - Not Showing On Report

I had 10 activities set-up for today. The activity was to send an email. I filtered the people to the appropriate 10, and then 1) Selected all and "Send Email to Group", and then 2) Selected all and bulk edited the task to be marked as Done.

However, when I look on my Report for activities for Today with the status of Done, nothing shows up.

Any ideas on how to get the completed activities to show up in the report?

    Are you looking at the activities view?

    If so, use a custom range for due date on the top-right.

     

    If you're talking about insights, can't say much without looking at the configuration.

    Hi Amit,

    Yes, in Insights the activities are not showing up. The configuration is:

    Add Time is Today

    Status is Done

    (I'm the only user in the system)

    Activities that I've completed singularly show up, but not the activities that I marked as Done via a Bulk Edit.

    Change the Add Time field to Marked as done time.
