Insight reports missing blank counts

I have built a few Insight reports to see the first click and last click source attribution data of our leads.

First click and last click source values are Direct, Google Paid, Facebook…etc

A few leads have a blank (empty) first click and last click. Previously, any blank counts are shown under the ‘other’ category.

But the Insight report gives me zero results for the ‘other’ category. I also have checked my previously designed reports and the other category is missing.

Please advise how can I include the blank counts in my Insight report.
