Does anyone knows why MS Teams PD bot doesn't work properly?

I have been trying to connect PD Teams bot with MS Teams. After connecting I have no option to make it work. I would like to send a notification to a common thread in the group chat but seems not doable. Any suggestions on how to resolve it?

    It seems like MS teams might not be installed correctly in your account at the moment. Here is a tutorial on how to link it.
