Do you use any Cold Calling apps that are integrated with Pipedrive?
Looking for recommendations on call automation software that integrates with PipeDrive.
Ideal Requirements:
- Integrates to the CRM to log calls and conversations,
- Auto-dialing, preferably across a list of accounts/deals/organizations,
- Call Recording,
- Bonus if it automatically leaves pre-recorded voicemails!

There are a lot of different programs to try on the marketplace, but we use the Caller function inside of Pipedrive. It checks most of the boxes and might be easier to do since its all in one program.

My first recommendation would be to use Pipedrive Caller. It's free to use, comes with free calling credits every month, and you can top it up with more calling credits. The calls are transferrable to your phone, you can call from your computer, log the records, and take notes while on the call. The calls are logged, but as of today, there is no reporting on calls, unless you want to set it up using 3rd party tools like Retool and APIs. It also doesn't have the 'dialer' functionality.
You can also use AirCall and JustCall.
