Add note to phone number or email

Hello,

a lot of our clients have multiple contact information (multiple phone numbers or emails) and distinguish them with 'work,home,mobile,other' is not enough for us. Is there a way to annotate phone number or email? Or do you plan it in your roadmap?

    You may be able to add custom fields to support that [not exactly what your asking for but its a work around]
