Hey Pipedrive Team and Users - wer used to have Rapidmail...

Now we are using Pipedrive with Caimpaigns Marketing Email and Newsletter tool.

Rapidmail was able to recognize if the data set of a newsletter recipient has a salutation (Mr. or Ms.) or not.If there wasn't any salutation in the data set Rapidmail just wrote "Hello,..." otherwise it is "Hello Mr." or "Hello Ms." for example.

I think you got the point.

Would be great to have this basic feature also in Campaigns...
