Tying multiple contacts on deals to deal items

Hi there!

I've run into an issue where I have multiple contacts on deals and I'm only able to add one person to a deal. This is especially problematic with the email integration, I'm having to manually add emails to deals every time I talk to someone who's not the singular person I've added to the deal. For example, I could have added the owner of an organization to a deal, but I still have a LOT of communication with the organization's main admin. I'm using Pipedrive for Implementations of new clients if that helps paint a picture of my predicament.

    Hi Marie!

    You can add multiple people into Deals with "Participants" or with a custom field. Depends on how much and what will be the use case for it. Syncing the emails might be a bit more manual work since you would have to sync the conversation with the deal.
