I'd like to have the ability to link to a dropbox (etc) folder from the organisation view

Hiya, it would be super helpful to be able to add a link to a folder from a custom field in the organisation view. A number of my clients have many many files that are gathered over years so uploading them to their file in pipedrive isn't really practical as it would take too long to scroll down to a particular one via the files tab. In dropbox I can easily re-order the files by date, size etc which makes it easy to find the one I need, but at the moment I have to go out of pipedrive, into dropbox, into the parent folder, find the client folder (among a few hundred of them) then go into it to find the file- having the ability to click on a link from the organisation page would make life SO much more efficient! Please please please! (I can also see other using it for putting client websites or reference websites in there as well so I'd say it would get good uptake!)

    Hi Nicki!

    If you create a custom field, you should be able to add URLs to them. Could you explain a bit further how would you like the system to work for you?

    OK, so I figured out what was happening- I was trying to link to file explorer, not a hyperlink- doh! Working perfectly now, thanks for taking the time to help!
