Need a way for leads to have "No Assignee" when new

When a new lead arrives in we may not be sure which account executive will take it (first person or best person etc.) so we need some to just sit in the lead inbox for anyone to take.

Is this planned functionality? Requiring an owner is very limiting.

    Hi @Robin Blandford ,

Are you thinking about lead routing such as roundrobin?

I'm not. We've got different Account Executives for each market / region. We'd like an inbox where they can see what's unassigned and assign them out correctly.

How are you creating leads/deals? using Pipedrive's web form?

    Pipedrive Web Forms

Pipedrive Chat Bot (on these, we ask the customer which sector and we auto-assign them with branches)

Zapier from a whole range of places (Getsitecontrol, G2, etc.)

    Manually after outbound intro
