Asking advice on insights + reporting + products

I am looking to run a report on sales of products and projections for current month business as well as forecasting for future months. Currently it only comes back with each person who has closed a deal for the product. That is not helpful and frankly not something I want on my dashboard insights page. I want a quick glance to see for each month "what are the current sold $$$ for each of my 7 products and projected $$$ of each of our 7 products". Preferably in a bar chart so that we can track which products are doing better/worse. Is that possible?
