E-Mail workflow improvement extension

Hi,

we'd like to extend the pipedrive email functionality (add a note to an email, add a flag to an email). I cant seem to hook into the EMail via API, is that true?
Any chance of eitehr getting native flagging/commenting, or a few API endpoints to add a custom panel?
