Been away from the app for a bit. Remind me again please. does the mobile app automatically log a call record when both dialing out from the app and also when an incoming call is received from a number that matches a contact in the database?

    Hi Brad!

    Yes, when you have the options ticked in preferences, then it should work both ways.
    In practice, it works like 50-60% of the time for incoming calls, at least for me.

    HI does this mean that you can log your incoming and outgoing calls which are not saved on your phone or the PD CRM database ? Could you tell me if this feature is available in the essential plan ?
