Reopen lost deal after 3 months

I would like to create an automatation that reopens a lost deal with a specific lost reason after a certain amount of time - is that doable and can somebody help me with how I do this? 



A salesperson marks a deal as lost til the relevant lost reason --> The deal is removed from the pipeline -->

After 3 months, the deal reopens and the salesperson can reconnect with the deal.

The reason behind : 
We work with large accounts and when we get a lead from our inbound marketing, we create a deal, try to reach them by phone/mail x amount of times, after which a what to ice box them for a period of time and then give it one more try.
