We would like to set up an automation that causes an email template to be sent to the Deal Contact Person once a deal reaches a certain stage. It is important that the email be sent within the thread reflected in the deal.

How can we make this happen? If there is not a native integration, would love other ideas for implementation.

    Hi Laura!

    You will have to put really specific Conditions in place for the automation to work perfectly. I suggest adding things in and then testing it out. 

    I created an automation that checks the Pipeline, Owner, and Activates when the Deal has changed to a specific stage. Then send out the email template to the client. Picture below
