Track opens emails + clicks + reply and web visitors

Hello,
I'm looking for a way to add points per action.

I'm sending emails through Pipedrive. I would like to add points when a lead opens, replies or clicks. Is it possible to track that with Pipedrive. I can use Make (ex-integromat) to do.

 

Also I use Web visitors, it is possible to track this part with Make?

    I don't think Pipedrive has built-in lead scoring or web visitor tracking feature.

    Outfunnel can track web visitors and assign lead scoring points based on web visits and email opens/ clicks, but alas only from emails sent from supported email tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot Marketing, Sendinblue, Outfunnel's own email tool). We may add support for Pipedrive Campaigns soon though.

    +1 for Outfunnel.

    You won't be able to do this inside of Pipedrive, but Outfunnel is a great alternative option that will allow you to achieve it.
