Workflow Automation Condition: Activity marked "DONE", now move to next step - ISSUES

Hello, new to Pipedrive.
Building Workflow Automations and trying to space out the activiites.  Ideally, once I mark Activity #1 as done, then the next Activity would be created/scheduled.  Without this, all activities just load, and if I setup an EMAIL in the workflow it goes out at the start which is not what I want.

Any advice or links to help would be great!  Thank you

Hi @Brett Farrar - Welcome to Pipedrive! It can feel like there's a lot to learn, but it's awesome once you get down the features key to your sales process. Here's what I'd recommend:

    1. For the first case, start with the workflow automation template "Every time an activity is marked as done, create a new activity" this will contain the basic setup you need to do what you're describing.
    2. There are also pre-built templates for triggering an email. They can be found under {{yourorganizationname}}.pipedrive.com/settings/automation/list?templates=send-email. This isn't a totally exhaustive list as you could create longer workflows where an email would trigger at the very end, but it's a good place to start.

    Hope this helps!
