Restrict movement of deals to certain user groups
We want to maintain visibility of deals across the pipeline, but restrict certain users from moving deals from one stage to another. @Product Team
For example, we have a pre-sales team and technical integration team, and two sequential funnels that correspond to each. We want the pre-sales team to own the first funnel movements and the tech team to own the second, but the deal owner is maintained as the BDM throughout.

Sadly, this is not doable. There might be some workaround with integrations but I highly doubt it since Pipedrive at its core is open to everyone. You could change the visibility of deals to only those who need it and whenever it goes to another stage the Pre-sales team can add the technical integration team as a follower into the deal.
