Automated email once deal has been won (though there needs to be a delay)

I'm looking to set up an automation which will send a follow up email to users for a feedback call after say 30 days of the deal being marked as won on Pipedrive. 


I can't find a way to add a time delay with the Workflow automations, can anyone let me know if this is possible?
