Hello. Does anyone have any success or thoughts about using a 3rd party app to automatically turn off email follow-up once they have replied to the follow-up email? We send out an executive summary for buyers to review. Then we follow up with an email. When buyers reply we go into Pipedrive and manually update the "Stop Executive Summary Follow Up" to yes. is there a way to automate this process? So when a buyer replies to our email Pipedrive recognizes this and automatically stops the follow-up?

    You can set this up using Outfunnel.com

    You control who to send to based on the filter

    So if in the filter you put a stop in for [Stop Executive Summary Follow Up = YES] it would stop sending at that point.
