Send selected Contact(s) an email when New Note added with Note Details

My coordinator works in a different CRM from Pipedrive. Her CRM is closed to any API or integrations.

I am wanting to send my coordinator an email from Pipedrive when I add a New Note or when I add IN the note "@name". Have not had much luck this morning with the workflow. Has anyone created a workflow for this type of situation?

This is not possible with Pipedrive automation.

You can set this up using Make/Integromat though.
