Tips for beginners
Currently using Pipedrive and listing everything as a “deal” wanting to see how others utilise the program after that? All jobs are sitting as deals currently.

@Laura generally I recommend that a "sales opportunity" should be a deal. Each deal should usually be connected to a person (who you'd be selling to) and optionally to an organization (if your selling business-to-business - B2B). Pipedrive also has the leads inbox, but unless you have a huge percentage of leads that never become qualified sales opportunities, I often don't recommend using the Leads tab when you're just getting started with Pipedrive.
I have a 6-min getting started video here https://www.opsdesigned.com/articles/customizing-pipedrive-stages-and-deal-details, if you want to learn a bit more.0 -

The jobs we put into the system are already “won” so I’m trying to work out what we do with them. Like once they are completed.

Would be happy to discuss this with you, but it's probably better done over a call. If you'd like, free to book a time to connect here - https://www.opsdesigned.com/contact
I recently worked with https://www.boisebaroque.org/. They were adding all deals into the system as won and then "working" them through a pipeline for post-sale steps. This company also does something similar https://www.everythingcreativedesigns.com/, so hopefully I'd have some good ideas0
