Auto populated fields for information

We use our PD for our patients, new and existing inquiries, and want PD to be able to auto fill if this patient is truly a new patient or if they are an existing patient sending in another inquiry.

    You should be able to do this using an automation in Make/Integromat.

    Hi @Joshua Iffla like Amit mentioned, depending on how exactly Pipedrive can determine if a patient is new or existing, you may need to use a 3rd party automation tool for this. I usually work with Zapier, though Make/Integromat is reliable as well. If you share more details of exactly what you need to happen, happy to help w/ more details on a potential solution.
