Archiving versus deleting leads

Hi Pipedrivers - quick question. Under what use cases do you archive leads versus deleting them? When you contact a lead and they don't convert how are you handling them - and then ultimately how are you moving them into some kind of nurture sequence?

Hi @Jamie Pride - Generally archive rather than deleting records in Pipedrive unless the record is spam or a duplicate. By archiving a lead you can create filters to gather some conversion data. These filters can also be used to trigger the start of nurture email sequence and/or to trigger Campaigns.
