Mobile App Login

Is anyone else having issues with mobile app login? I train all our new salespeople on Pipedrive, but each one of them have had issues logging into the mobile app. 

I've found a work around that you can copy the link from the email that it sends and paste it into safari, but I have an Andriod user that can't get that trick to work. It keeps telling him that the link has expired. 

Does anyone have other tips that I could give him?
