Hi everyone.

Could anyone please assist me?

My WordPress site which uses WooCommerce is connected to Pipedrive via Integromat.

Here is the link to the site:

https://bynature.vn/

Now when we get a new purchase,

we get no activity assigned to new orders.

And the order and the info about the order - do not go through to our Google Sheet.

We have to manually schedule activity (Delivery) for each new order.

How could I resolve this?

Please see the image attached.

Thank you all in advance.

Hi @Signe Kühl - Using Integromat/Make you should be able to add steps to:

    1. Add an activity when a new deal is created matching certain criteria. If you think this is built, it may be that you have missed adding the activity to the specific deal created. If this is the case, you'd see a new activity in the "Activities" view, but it wouldn't be linked to a deal.
    2. Add the order info to a Google Sheet. This should just be a step you add in the Integromat workflow.

    Hope this helps!

Hi @Signe Kühl - You have to set up an automation to create an activity whenever a deal is created.

You can do this using Pipedrive's automation capabilities or Make/Integromat.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

    Best,
