In my line of work leads change roles from one company to another between 6-12 mths. I input for all leads their linkedin profile (the urls) is there a tool that can automate this?

I am sure it will require some manual updates as to some specific, but what would be helpful is something that checks on weekly bases, and prompts me if there is a change in the list so I can update them
