Does anyone here use pipedrive for their nonprofit tracking of sales/gift proposals? We switched from Raiser's Edge to pipedrive to track all our deals, but currently flying by the seat of our pants. Looking for some best practices and advice.

Hi @Gerry Culver - Yes, I just worked on a project like this with https://www.boisebaroque.org/. We did a lot of work creating deals as already won mostly for gift tracking purposes at the person level (e.g. being able to run reports on donors who gave >X amount last year). We also have a pipeline dedicated to "promised" gifts that required follow up to close (just like in a more traditional sales process).

Would be happy to connect and share what we learned. Also, not sure if you're aware, but you can also apply for NGO pricing https://pipedrive.typeform.com/to/TCYxG3

HI @Gerry Culver - Do you have a list of things you'd like to be able to do with Pipedrive? Getting all the best practices in one place (which is difficult), and then finding your way through the shared best practices to figure out what would work for you is a long process. Perhaps creating a list of your use cases, and then approaching each one, in turn, is a better approach?
