Notifications for deal renewals

Hi all,

I am trying to create an email trigger to the customer success team on the anniversary of a deal. This will act as a reminder to revisit the contracts with the client for annual inflation, any additional requirements to explore etc.

Whilst, i created a workflow for the above. The emails are getting triggered when a new deal is won as well. Need the reminders only after an year. 

On the same topic, would like to trigger mails 30 and 15 days prior to the anniversary date. I have set up 3 different workflows separately for these. But i am receiving all 3 emails on the same day.

Do advice if any of you has created anything similar to this.

    Don't shoot emails as part of the workflow. Create activities on the scheduled dates instead.
