Country specific leads - how to organise?
Hi all,
First time here so pleasure meeting you all!
I was interesting in learning /discovering how to organise (if possible) our leads by country? At present, we have several clients spanning EU/UK and potentially the Middle East so wanted to find out if it was possible to organise our leads inbox and our deals section by country? It would make things a lot clearer - I am also planning ahead to country specific reporting - any ideas?
Any feedback or information would greatly appreciated, thank you!

You can add an address field under deals or just pull the address->country field from under person or organization.
If you want to use this data for reporting, you will have to create a custom field of type single option.

Hi Amit,
Your advice might be theoretically correct, but I don't (currently) see how it is of much use if one can't actually add the country data when creating a contact/organisation. I can't find anywhere, either during or after the creation of a deal, where I can add the country of the organisation (see below).
Is there perhaps something that I'm missing, or is there something that's missing from Pipedrive?
Perhaps the feature used to be there, but it doesn't seem like it currently is...

I recommend creating a custom field for Country. Use a single-option field type with all of the relevant countries as options. You will then be able to sort and organize leads by country and do reporting specific to this field
