What's the best way to get notified in Pipedrive so customers can receive fast responses?

Hi there! Is there a good way to get notified when a customer replies to an email? or Facebook message in leads? I have not found a way so war, it doesn't make any sound or come up as a banner anywhere

    Hi Kevin!

    Could probably try setting up some notifications with the Phone app, but other than that I think not. This has been a dealbreaker for Chatbot(live chat) for a while now.

    Oh no! We wanted to use live chat function as well but if it can't alert we'll for sure miss it :(

    I haven't checked the Chat function for half a year, so maybe they have added something new to it. But the last time I used it, the notifications didn't come.


    If I get time I will try it out again and give you some feedback on it!
