VOIP Phone Integration recommendations please.
Hello, I am new to Pipedrive and like it a lot. I'd like to ask the community for recommendations on a VOIP phone integration. We are a small team and need the basics. I've looked at Kixie and it seems a little pricey. Any other recommendations?

Of all the apps mentioned here, I would say Aircall is my top recommendation. That too if you do not want to use Pipedrive's Caller.

OK, thank you very much! Pipedrive has a caller function too? I'm so new at the CRM. Can you point me in the right direction for info on that?

We use the Pipedrive Caller. It's free, basic and works fine. What's still missing is the reporting functionality in case you have a team that needs to be managed.
