Date of file upload shows as weekday instead of actual date

When I'm looking at a deal and I can see all the files that have been uploaded for that deal, it gives the date that they were uploaded. However, if the date is recent, it says something like "Last Thursday" instead of the actual date, so then I have to look at my calendar to figure out what date it was uploaded on. From a data entry standpoint, like if I'm entering a bunch of dates into a spreadsheet, this can be somewhat inconvenient and slow. I'd much rather it just show the actual date all the time, I don't really care what day of the week it was. Or maybe it could show both date and day of the week?
