Hi,
Same here, emails that appear to be formatted just fine as sans serif in Pipedrive email templates end up arriving to appear in a sincerely NOT wanted different serif font, thereby i.a. clashing with font used in included images.
Why does this happen and more importantly how can one fix this ASAP?
With hundreds of e-mails sent per day to customers it is very annoying to not have proper control over look & feel of customer communication, especially as it appears in this erratic format.
Regards
MBG

One of my colleagues is experiencing the same issue. Despite having Sans Serif as default in Gmail and in her signature, it seems to use different fonts in the customized fields.

Hi,
have brought this topic to the attention to first level service (not much help beyond standard replies, which I understand).
Can Pipedrive rule out that this is probably affecting everyone sending E-mails right now?
If true, that is a MAJOR error, given the countless e-mails sent to leads, deals et al.
Would be great to hear more about this and why this cannot be fixed quickly (given the size and impact of the issue).
Any help in this, Pipedrive?
KindlyM.
